My client is a quality-focused supported living organisation looking for an experienced manager from a complex care background (LD, MH, autism support etc) to provide interim management support in the Blackburn area.

This is a modern, purpose built complex of apartments for adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, MH.

Responsibilities and expectations include:

• Provide inspirational leadership and ensure care is first‑rate and person‑centred.
• Work closely with the regional manager and senior team.
• Identify areas for improvement and ensure services are operating effectively.
• Maintain excellent standards of care.

Initially offered on a 3‑month contract, with an immediate start available.
