Help shape the next chapter of Tonic Health. Founded by entrepreneur Sunna van Kampen, Tonic has quickly established itself as one of the UK’s most exciting consumer health brands. With a highly engaged customer base and a strong omnichannel presence across DTC, Amazon and major UK retailers, the business has built real momentum and is now entering its next phase of growth.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join an ambitious founder-led business at a pivotal stage in its journey. Working closely with Sunna and the Board, you’ll become the commercial and operational backbone of the business, translating a powerful brand into sustainable, scalable growth. You’ll provide the leadership that complements Sunna’s vision, helping turn an exceptional brand into an exceptional business while working closely with the Board, investors and wider leadership team as Tonic continues to scale.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the business, including:
- Commercial growth across DTC, Amazon and retail
- Operations and supply chain
- Finance, reporting and business performance
- Leadership and development of the senior team
- Driving execution, accountability and operational excellence across the business
This is a genuine founder partnership. Sunna leads the brand, product and long-term vision, while you’ll lead the commercial, operational and financial side of the business, working together to build the next chapter of Tonic.
About You
We're looking for a builder. Someone who has helped scale a high-growth consumer business and is excited by the opportunity to do it again. You may already be a Managing Director, CEO or General Manager, or operating just below that level in a broad leadership role. More important than your title is having the breadth of experience to lead a fast-growing founder-led business, with responsibility spanning commercial growth, operations and organisational scale.
Commercially sharp, low ego and highly collaborative, you'll thrive in the pace, ambiguity and excitement of building alongside a founder. You're equally comfortable thinking strategically, rolling up your sleeves when needed, and creating the systems, teams and discipline that enable a business to scale.
We’re particularly interested in people with experience of:
- Scaling high-growth consumer brands
- DTC and omnichannel trading
- Amazon and/or retail
- Full P&L ownership
- Building and leading high-performing teams
We’re open on sector background. You might come from health and wellness, food and drink, beauty, FMCG or another digitally native consumer brand that has been through a meaningful scaling journey.
If you’re excited by the challenge of helping build one of the UK’s next great consumer health brands, we’d love to hear from you.
