Tonic Health is one of the fastest-growing vitamin brands in the UK, with a vibrant community of over 1.5 million followers across social channels and growing triple digits year-on-year. We're on a mission to transform everyday health with high-dose, science-backed, natural supplements that actually work. We build for the long term, prioritising trust, results, and brand love over shortcuts. Growth matters, but how we grow matters more.

Affiliate, creator, and brand partnerships are a core part of our future growth engine, and we're now ready to scale this channel properly, with ownership, strategy, and real commercial impact.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to build, own, and scale Tonic Health's affiliate, creator, and strategic partnership ecosystem. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who understands how performance partnerships really work, commercially, creatively, and operationally. You’ll combine strong relationship-building skills with a sharp commercial brain, balancing ROI with brand integrity. You’ll sit within the senior ecommerce / growth team, working closely with Paid Media, Brand, Creative, and Finance to turn partnerships into scalable revenue channels. If you thrive in high-growth environments, love building things from the ground up, and want real influence over strategy, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Affiliate & Partnerships Strategy
    • Own and execute Tonic Health's affiliate and partnerships strategy, aligned to wider growth and brand objectives.
    • Define the role of affiliates, creators, and brand partnerships across acquisition, content, and long-term value.
  • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, creators, publishers, and strategic brand partners.
    • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of partners across content, commerce, and community-driven channels.
  • Commercial Ownership
    • Lead negotiations on commission structures, fees, revenue share, and campaign mechanics.
    • Design and assess commercial propositions, ensuring strong ROI and sustainable partner economics.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Plan, launch, and optimise partner-led campaigns, from always-on affiliate activity to co-branded launches and key trading moments.
    • Work closely with Creative and Brand teams to ensure partner content feels authentic, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
  • Performance & Optimisation
    • Monitor performance across partners and networks, identifying opportunities to scale, optimise, or sunset activity.
    • Use data to inform decisions around investment, creative direction, and partner prioritisation.

Skills & Experience

You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely bring many of the following:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Creator Commerce, ideally within a DTC or high-growth consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of the UK affiliate and partnerships landscape, including key networks and partners.
  • Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage performance-driven relationships.
  • Comfortable working across multiple partnership models (CPA, revenue share, flat fee, hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with high ownership and accountability.

This isn’t a "maintain what exists" role, it’s a build and scale opportunity. You’ll be trusted to shape how partnerships work at Tonic Health, with real autonomy, clear impact, and the chance to create something enduring at a brand people genuinely care about. Competitive salary and exceptional benefits apply.
