Overview:
In this role, you will oversee key client social media and digital accounts, and develop & execute strategic organic and paid social media plans. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring business objectives are met while nurturing long-term partnerships. You\βll need a solid grasp of all key social media platforms, trends, paid media, and analytics, plus effective communication skills to help us deliver best-in-class marketing plans for leading global hospitality and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, ensuring successful strategy development and overall execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and action strategic social media plans, campaigns, and paid content strategies to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal team leads to deliver innovative and high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
