The Role
Technical Stylist

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Your Responsibilities:
– Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
– Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
– Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
– Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
– Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
– Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
We\’re Looking for Someone Who:
– We are looking for someone with three years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
– Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
– Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients\’ preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
– Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
– Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
