Serve as a brand ambassador for TONI&GUY, ensuring every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top‑tier hairdressing experience. Please note that enrolment onto our apprenticeship program is subject to the successful completion of an 8 week fixed term position as Salon Support – your suitability for a subsequent apprenticeship with us will be assessed and evaluated during this time. Some apprentices may have the opportunity to participate in global brand activities, including stage work, backstage assistance, and involvement in prestigious events such as London Fashion Week and Salon International. Responsibilities

  • Enhance client satisfaction by delivering professional and soothing shampoo treatments.
  • Extend warm hospitality to all clients, offering and providing refreshments as needed.
  • Always maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon.
  • A sincere dedication to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect and build rapport with diverse individuals and personalities.
  • No prior experience in hairdressing or salon work is required; we provide comprehensive training.

Qualifications & Profile

Embark on an enriching 18‑24‑month journey in hairdressing as an apprentice, where training takes place either in the salon or regional training centre with our exceptional in‑house educators and assessors or at our renowned Flagship Academy in TONI&GUY London. Upon completion of the program, apprentices achieve a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.

Schedule & Compensation

Work a full 40‑hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business.
