We are now looking for a Senior Hairdressing Manager to lead our dynamic team and take our salon to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to unleash your creativity, inspire others, and play a key role in the success of our salon.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented stylists, fostering a positive and creative work environment
- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience
- Build and expand the salon\’s client base while ensuring strong client loyalty
- Recommend expert colour services and promote product sales through extensive product knowledge
- Serve as a role model in the salon, upholding the TONI&GUY brand and standards
- Ensure the smooth operation of the salon, overseeing front-of-house activities and staff coordination
- Work alongside the General Manager to support salon growth and meet financial targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in a salon environment, with a passion for hairdressing and leadership
- Strong expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
- A results-driven leader who can uplift and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
- Organisational flair to manage day-to-day operations efficiently
