Responsibilities
Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client.
- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge.
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand.
- Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.
- Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY.
- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles.
- Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients\’ preferences and creating stunning hairstyles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long‑term relationships with clients.
- Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently.
Schedule & Compensation
- Work a full 40‑hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business.
