Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some Salons may also require evenings, please enquire for further information.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
- Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
- Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
- Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
- Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
- Take advantage of comprehensive Academy training opportunities, enriching your skills and advancing your career with TONI & GUY.
- Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients\’ preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles. Having an eye for detail, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively are important.
- Provide top-notch customer service and build long-lasting relationships. A true people person, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect & build rapport with all individuals & personalities.
- Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease. Being flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests while still nailing it on time.
