We are currently recruiting artistic, ambitious individuals to join our world‑class TONI&GUY Apprenticeship programme, which offers globally‑recognised training standards and the opportunity to become among the best hairdressers in the world. The apprenticeship will be based in our flagship London Academy, working alongside our international artistic team.
Embark on an enriching 18–24‑month journey in hairdressing, receiving training from our exceptional educators and assessors at our renowned Flagship Academy. Upon completion, apprentices achieve a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.
Salary: £6.50 per hour.

The Role
- Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
- Provide a relaxed, professional shampoo experience.
- Cater to unattended clients and models, offering refreshments if requested.
- Attend one day per week to HPA education.
- Maintain the presentation of the Academy at all times.
- No previous experience is necessary; full training will be provided across all apprenticeship programmes.
- Entry level – 24‑month fixed term contract.
- 40 hours a week over five days, Monday to Saturday.

Please note that enrolment onto our apprenticeship programme is subject to the successful completion of an 8‑week fixed term position as Salon Support. Your suitability for a subsequent apprenticeship with us will be assessed and evaluated during this time.
Some apprentices may have the opportunity to participate in global brand activities, including stage work, backstage assistance, and involvement in prestigious events such as London Fashion Week and Salon International.
