Job Summary
We are seeking fluent bilingual speakers to provide Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI). No prior experience is required—we provide full training. Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, real-time consecutive interpretation (English+Bosnian).
- Facilitate clear communication in high-stakes settings (e.g., healthcare, legal).
- Maintain strict confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism.
- Manage your own schedule and log in reliably to handle calls.
Qualifications & Tech Requirements
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in English and Bosnian.
- Skills: Strong active listening, cultural sensitivity, and emotional resilience.
- Experience: Beginners welcome; prior interpreting experience is a plus.
- Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free home environment.
- Tech Setup: Dedicated computer, high-speed internet (wired preferred for VRI), and a noise-canceling USB headset.
