The role requires visible leadership, high expectations and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion across Nursery to Year 6.
You will work with the Trust Executive Team to drive excellence, ensure pupil achievement and develop future leaders while supporting staff wellbeing and strong relationships with families and the wider community.
