ToneHaus is a London-based platform dedicated to R&B, built around artists, storytellers, and the communities that shape the culture. The team creates welcoming, supportive spaces where people can connect and express themselves through sound, live events, creative sessions, and ongoing collaborations. ToneHaus is guided by values of freedom of expression, shared opportunity, and low-ego, people-first collaboration. With a foundation of love, joy, and support, the platform aims to spotlight artists and culture while fostering collective growth and learning. ToneHaus also partners with like-minded organizations when values align, keeping community at the heart of everything it builds.
ToneHaus is looking for someone to help us plan, organise and run our live events across London. We’re an R&B-focused music platform building spaces for artists, musicians and audiences to experience live music properly. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands the culture, loves R&B — especially UK R&B — and wants to help us build something with a real identity. This isn’t just an admin role. You’ll be involved from the early planning stages right through to the event itself.
You’ll help manage venues, suppliers, artists, musicians, DJs and production, build event schedules, coordinate rehearsals and soundchecks, keep everyone informed and make sure the event runs smoothly on the day. You’ll also work with us on the promotional side of each event — helping with announcements, ticket pushes, artist promotion, partnerships and ideas around how we can grow each event. We need someone organised, calm under pressure and comfortable speaking to different people. Most importantly, we want someone who actually cares about the audience experience and understands why ToneHaus exists.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and coordinating ToneHaus events
- Liaising with venues, suppliers and production teams
- Communicating with artists, musicians and DJs
- Collecting riders, availability and requirements
- Creating schedules, set times and event timelines
- Coordinating rehearsals and soundchecks
- Keeping track of bookings, deadlines and budgets
- Being present and hands-on during events
- Helping solve problems quickly on event days
- Supporting event marketing and ticket promotion
- Helping identify partnerships, collaborations and cross-promotion opportunities
Who we’re looking for:
Someone who genuinely loves R&B and understands the culture around it. You don’t necessarily need years of event-management experience, but you do need to be organised, proactive, good with people and comfortable taking responsibility. Experience in live music, events, hospitality, artist management or production would be a bonus.
