The Parents’ Arts Relationship Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Parents’ Arts Society, focusing on events organisation and communication. They will also support other Tonbridge Society events as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator with excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Proven experience of organising and promoting events

Hours: 34 term time weeks plus 3 additional weeks in Easter and Summer holidays, a total of 37 weeks per annum. Working hours are 21.75 per week, nominally Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 5.15pm with a one‑hour unpaid lunch break.

Required: DBS Disclosure at Enhanced Level.
