Our Graduate programme was introduced in 2016 and we are proud to say that year on year it has gone from strength to strength. The role of Graduate Teacher is offered annually on a fixed one-year basis to recent university graduates. The programme is designed to give an all-encompassing experience of school life working in an independent school.
As a Graduate Teacher – Geography you will be given responsibility for teaching your own sets, sharing your passion for your subject with enthusiastic, bright and able pupils. The role comes with a level of autonomy as a teacher but within a well-supported environment. This is an ideal opportunity to assess whether a career in teaching is right for you.
