The Gardener is responsible for supporting the maintenance and presentation of the School’s extensive grounds, including ornamental gardens, house gardens and landscaped areas. Working as part of the Gardens Department and reporting to the Head Gardener, the post holder will undertake a wide range of horticultural and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the School environment is maintained to a high standard.
The role involves working independently and alongside colleagues, carrying out gardening duties professionally and safely, adhering to Health and Safety requirements, and communicating regularly with the Head Gardener and Deputy Head Gardener. The post holder will also work collaboratively with other departments as required and undertake relevant training to support their ongoing development.
This is a full time, all year round position.
