Tonbridge School is one of the leading boys’ boarding and day schools in the country and is highly respected, both here and internationally, for providing a world class education. We are seeking a creative and highly organised Marketing Services Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Department. This role will provide centralised support, guidance and expertise to colleagues delivering the day-to-day marketing of the School’s sub-brands, including the Theatre, Events and the Summer School programme. The postholder will lead on the development of engaging campaigns and marketing assets, offer strategic advice, and establish and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a creative and solutions-focused marketing professional with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders across complex organisations. They will bring a strong understanding of business development marketing strategies, a commitment to brand consistency, and a clear sense of what constitutes first-class marketing and communications.
