We are seeking a Performance Coach – Football to support the School’s football programme on a part‑time, fixed‑term basis from September 2026 to March 2027. Football is a key focus area, and this role will contribute to both participation and performance pathways, working with pupils across a range of ages and abilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver structured, engaging coaching sessions and support performance squads, including A teams, within a coordinated programme.
  • Assist with fixtures during the week and on Saturdays, contribute to player development pathways, and support Individual Development Plans where appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach across the programme.

Key Requirements

  • Hold a minimum FA/UEFA B Licence (or equivalent).
  • Have experience coaching young players and be organised with strong communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach at all times.
  • Experience in performance or pathway football programmes, or within a school environment, is advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours

This part‑time role involves 20 hours per week during term time, typically across Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.
