At the Tonbridge School Centre (TSC), our team of more than 100 staff is dedicated to providing exceptionally high-quality leisure services for Tonbridge School boys and the wider community. The TSC offers some of the finest sport, leisure, and gym facilities in Southeast England and is home to the TSC Members’ Leisure Club.

We are looking for Recreation Assistants/Lifeguards to join our team on casual basis.

Reporting to the TSC Operations Manager, the Recreation Assistant/Lifeguard will demonstrate a commitment to high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer care, while contributing positively to a team-focused working environment. This is a varied and rewarding role that supports both the day-to-day running of the Centre and the wider sporting activities of Tonbridge School.

Candidates must have a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Experience of working as a Lifeguard/Recreation Assistant is desirable.

Hours of work:

Casual hours as and when required, primarily on weekends and weekday evenings.

Closing date: Sunday 28 June at 12 noon
