Tonbridge and Malling Leisure Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to support users of our facilities. You will be part of a structured progression training programme while handling day-to-day duties, emphasising safety, security and cleanliness during your shift.
Working on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, you will supervise users, enforce centre rules, deliver a high standard of customer service, and may provide coaching or teaching to customers as needed.
