Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council are seeking a part-time Property Lawyer. You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister (or equivalent) with recent experience of working in all areas of property law in a local government context. Applicants will require excellent communication skills and be able to manage a substantial caseload.

Reporting to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, the successful candidate will have a broad portfolio of work including high value commercial leases and transfers and providing property advice to all of the authority’s services.
