Position Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist (20 hours per week) who is passionate about marketing and events management. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media and digital presence and organising events to connect with our partners in the architecture and design community. This is a flexible, remote position, ideal for an experienced marketing professional looking to make a significant impact on a growing brand. Key Responsibilities: * Social Media & Digital Management: Develop and execute engaging social media content, manage online campaigns, and drive brand awareness across our digital channels. * Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute events to engage our business partners, designers, and architects. Events will range from intimate gatherings to large industry showcases. * Collaborate with Sales & Design Teams: Work closely with our sales and design teams to align marketing initiatives with our business goals, ensuring brand consistency and effective outreach. * Market Analysis: Keep up with industry trends, gather customer insights, and identify opportunities for growth in the UK market. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and event coordination, ideally within the design, architecture, or furniture industry. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics).
