The role involves being embedded in the rhythm of the studio, working closely with the founder and a fantastic team to spot stories as they happen and turn them into content people genuinely want to watch. What you’ll be doing:
- Developing content ideas and narratives with the founder and studio team
- Planning, shooting and managing in-house shoots end to end
- Creating clear production plans using spreadsheets, calendars and shot lists
- Booking time into people’s diaries and coordinating availability
- Filming with strong attention to lighting, framing and sound
- Preparing locations, props and equipment ahead of shoots
- Editing video content with a clear sense of pacing, structure and distribution channels
- Producing short-form social edits and longer tutorial or mini-doc pieces
- Ensuring all final content includes clear, well-paced captions and subtitles
- Iterating on content to improve clarity, accessibility and impact
- Using video KPIs to learn what’s working and what’s not, feeding this back into your work.
You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Confident with lighting and sound recording, not just cameras
- Highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro
