We’re looking for a highly capable Supply Chain Analyst to sit at the heart of our operations. This role owns demand forecasting, inventory planning, and the quality of operational data that drives day-to-day decisions across the business.

You’ll be responsible for understanding what we need to make and buy, when we need it, how much stock we should hold, and where risks or inefficiencies are emerging. This is a hands-on role combining analysis, systems ownership, and close collaboration with production, purchasing, and the wider team.

If you enjoy turning messy data into clear plans, spotting problems before they happen, and building better ways of working this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting & Planning
    • Maintain rolling demand forecasts across the product range.
    • Translate forecasts into clear manufacturing and purchasing plans.
    • Continuously review assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
    • Highlight capacity constraints, material risks, and timing conflicts early.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor stock levels across all SKUs to identify overstock, shortages, and slow-moving lines.
    • Recommend actions to rebalance inventory (buy less, build more, discontinue, promotions, etc).
    • Help define and maintain appropriate safety stock levels.
    • Track inventory health metrics (availability, stock turns, aged stock, write-off risk).
  • ERP & Data Ownership
    • Own the accuracy and structure of product and inventory data within the ERP system.
    • Maintain BOMs, lead times, supplier data, routings, and planning parameters.
    • Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and system usage across the operations team.
    • Support continuous improvement of workflows and system integrations.
  • Operational Reporting & Insight
    • Produce clear operational reporting on forecast accuracy, stock position, supply risk, and performance trends.
    • Surface insights to support decision-making across operations, commercial, and leadership teams.
    • Build simple dashboards and tools that make the data usable, not just accurate.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with production, purchasing, finance, NPD and commercial teams to align plans.
    • Translate commercial demand into operational reality.
    • Act as the bridge between systems, data, and people.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a supply chain planning, inventory, operations analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical capability. Very confident working with spreadsheets, data, and forecasts.
  • Comfortable working with ERP / MRP systems (Orderwise, Unleashed, NetSuite, SAP, etc).
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles and lead-time planning.
  • Ability to build clear, practical reports and communicate insights effectively.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ways of Working
  • Naturally organised and systematic.
  • Proactive. You spot issues before they become problems and share them.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing, fast-moving business where processes evolve.
  • Practical mindset: you care about what actually works in the studio, not just the spreadsheet.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or physical product businesses.
  • Exposure to demand planning or forecasting models.
  • Experience improving systems, processes, or reporting structures.
  • SQL / BI tools / automation skills (helpful but not required).
What We Offer
  • A meaningful role with real ownership and influence.
  • The chance to shape how the operation scales.
  • A collaborative, hands-on environment with short decision loops.
  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000pa depending on experience.

If this sounds like a great fit we’d love to hear from you. Please send a cover letter along with your CV.
