As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation—working hands‑on with manufacturing sensor‑based sorting technologies and making a real difference every day.
Your Impact
- Installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing sensor‑based sorters in TOMRA’s recycling install base
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through top‑class communication and support using various mediums
- Optimising sorting systems and processes
- Identifying opportunities to add value to customers’ businesses through complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services
- Acting as a conduit between our customer base and HQ by providing in‑market feedback to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and software systems
- Comfortable working with software, systems and diagnostic tools
- Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence
- Experience in recycling or industrial processing is a plus
- Ideally located within a 60‑mile radius of London to ensure efficient regional coverage
