Build on your career where finance, data, and real business impact meet! At TOMRA Collection, we’re focused on building a more data-driven and efficient UK business while we scale — and this role plays a key part in that. We’re looking for an analytical, curious, and collaborative FP&A Analyst who is comfortable working closely with financial and other types of data, understands the reasons behind performance, and takes a proactive approach to supporting better decision‑making. This is a role that combines forecasting, data analysis, and business partnering, with the opportunity to work closely with managers across the business and contribute to improving processes and performance.

Why this role is different:

  • Not just reporting — your insights will influence real business decisions
  • Broad development — across forecasting, analytics, and stakeholder engagement
  • High visibility — work closely with senior leaders and operational teams
  • Supportive environment — a team that values collaboration, openness, and growth

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping ensure plans are realistic and actionable
  • Analyse performance drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiencies
  • Contribute to forward‑thinking financial insight — not just looking back, but helping shape what’s next

Data & Insight:

  • Work with financial and operational data to create clear, actionable insights
  • Support KPI reporting across the business, combining finance and system data
  • Translate complex data into simple, meaningful recommendations

Business Partnering:

  • Work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Help teams understand their performance and make better data‑led decisions
  • Build strong relationships and confidently challenge where needed
  • Identify ways to improve processes, reporting, and efficiency
  • Support business process reviews and smarter ways of working
  • Contribute to scaling the UK business through better data and insight

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to use their skills and experience in a new way!

  • Early in your career with 2–3 years+ experience with some years from industry, not just consulting
  • A newly qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), or building your analytical career
  • Comfortable working with data and keen to further develop your technical skills

And you’ll bring:

  • A structured, organised approach and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset — someone who looks beyond the numbers
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
  • Collaborative by nature and someone who can balance individual and team work

Additional Information:

  • A growing UK organisation at an exciting scale‑up stage
  • Supportive, inclusive and collaborative culture
  • Opportunities to learn, develop and broaden your experience
  • A role where your contribution is visible and valued
  • Health insurance (with the option to add family)
  • Employer pension 10% non‑contributory pension contributions
  • Tenure Leave (can accrue more leave after from 5+ years of service)
