The Role

As a Self-Employed Independent Financial Adviser, you will provide holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients across a broad range of wealth management solutions. Working with the support of an experienced paraplanning, compliance, and administration team, you'll have the autonomy to grow your own client bank while benefiting from a trusted national brand.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice to private clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Advise across pensions, investments, protection, retirement and estate planning.
  • Conduct annual reviews and identify ongoing planning opportunities.
  • Generate new business through qualified introductions, referrals and personal networking.
  • Maintain compliant client records and suitability reports.
  • Work collaboratively with internal support teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Continually develop your technical knowledge and remain up to date with FCA regulations.

About You

You'll be a driven and client-focused Financial Adviser who enjoys building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Essential

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
  • Previous experience providing regulated financial advice.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently whilst managing your own pipeline.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • Existing client bank (although not essential).
  • Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
  • Experience operating within a self-employed environment.
