About the Role

My client is seeking experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earners to join our growing residential property teams across multiple locations in Suffolk. These roles offer the opportunity to manage your own caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with strong administrative and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build transactions
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
  • Meet individual billing and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records using case management systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal considered
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with high-volume caseloads
  • Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., LEAP, Proclaim, or similar)
  • Previous experience working in a multi-office or regional firm
