My client is seeking experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their growing residential property team in Histon. These roles offer the opportunity to manage your own caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with strong administrative and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal considered
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with high-volume caseloads
- Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., LEAP, Proclaim, or similar)
- Previous experience working in a multi-office or regional firm
