Role overview

As a Senior Paid Social Account Executive at Tomorrow, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Paid Social offering and driving best-in-class campaign performance for our clients. Leveraging your knowledge of the media landscape and a strong understanding of key industry verticals, you’ll help clients achieve meaningful results. You’ll be contributing to the development of our proposition and ensuring it aligns with both client goals and Tomorrow’s vision.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the paid social team offering strategic insight across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll lead on campaign planning, activation and optimisation, while maintaining a strong test-and-learn mindset. What you’ll be doing

· Activating Paid Social Campaigns: Assist Account Executive when required to build campaigns for clients across core social channels. This includes ad creation, audience targeting and campaign objective setting.

· Crafting Social Strategy: Working with the Paid Social manager to support the development and refinement of social media strategies that align with client KPIs, driving meaningful engagement and growth.

· Core Channels: You will work across key social platforms including Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Pinterest to elevate campaign performance.

· Relationship Building: You’ll work in close collaboration with different internal teams and also contribute to client calls.

· Campaign Analysis: Dive into campaign performance data to identify key trends, uncover insights, and unlock new opportunities for optimisation. This’ll be done both on the channel’s ads manager suite as well as Excel.

· Optimisations & Reporting: Budget management and optimisation across client portfolio and key channels. Handling weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for clients.

· Innovation & Experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve by testing emerging social products and strategies. You’ll have the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team, constantly pushing the envelope on new ideas and approaches.

· Paid Social Experience: At least 1 years’ worth of paid social experience, ideally on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.

· Excellent Communicator: Whether it’s writing punchy copy or presenting campaign results, you have a way with words and visuals.
