Job Description
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Programmatic team, either as a Programmatic Executive (for recent graduates) or a Senior Programmatic Executive (for those with one to two years of relevant experience). In this role, you’ll take responsibility for a range of campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients, working alongside specialists across all areas of Paid Media in a close-knit, collaborative team where knowledge sharing and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you’ll have end-to-end involvement in the programmatic campaign process, you will:
- Support strategic planning by assisting in the development of programmatic media plans, forecasting performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Build and activate campaigns across key platforms, optimising in real-time to achieve core brand and performance objectives.
- Contribute ideas for testing roadmaps that exceed client expectations.
- Translate data into insights by crafting reports and commentary using our custom-built dashboards, helping clients understand the ‘why’ behind the results.
- Collaborate across channels to gain a deep understanding of the full digital ecosystem and how programmatic media fits into the broader customer journey.
- Work across a portfolio of brands and industries, each with unique challenges and ambitious goals—giving you variety, challenge, and room to grow.
- Be a go-to partner for both clients and internal teams, responding with speed, precision, and insight to ad hoc requests and opportunities.
What You Bring
- To apply for a graduate position, you’ll need a a degree preferably in a numerate subject such as maths, economics, engineering, or science. OR
- To apply for a Senior Programmatic Executive position, you’ll need 12+ months experience in programmatic, agency preferred but not essential.
- DSP experience supporting campaign builds, pacing checks, and in-flight adjustments. DV360 essential, Adform preferred but not essential.
- Familiar with trafficking creatives and setting up campaigns within ad servers such as CM360. Able to follow QA protocols and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- An eye for detail essential for accuracy in campaign builds, quality assurance, and accurate reporting.
- A solution led approach with a passion for making compelling stories and actionable insights from data.
- A keen learner wanting to push themselves and keep up with the latest developments in programmatic and the industry landscape.
- A pro-active approach in everything you do, from optimising campaigns, to providing new ideas and challenging the status quo of the agency.
