We’re working with an independent branding agency in London, England, looking for a Brand Designer to join its growing permanent creative team.

This is an exciting moment to come on board. With new creative leadership in place and a long term commitment to building the studio, this is a chance to shape thoughtful brand identities for ambitious startups, scale ups and technology businesses.

As Brand Designer, you’ll create strategically led brand identities from concept through to delivery, building flexible brand systems that work beautifully across digital, motion and wider brand touchpoints. You’ll work closely with creative leadership, strategy, copywriting and implementation teams, bringing strong ideas, sharp craft and clear thinking into every stage of the process. Motion is part of the identity thinking here, so you’ll be comfortable using simple animation, logo movement or motion studies to help bring ideas to life.

There’s real ownership, close collaboration and the opportunity to help shape the future culture of a small, ambitious studio.

You’ll bring strong conceptual branding experience, ideally from a contemporary branding agency or creative studio. Your portfolio should show strategic thinking, beautifully crafted visual identity work and brand systems built for digital first environments. You’ll be confident using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects, and able to clearly present your process, thinking and contribution. A live digital portfolio is essential.

Salary is expected around £40,000 to £60,000, with final band to be confirmed. Hybrid working is based from a Soho studio on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with working hours of 9:30am to 6:00pm.

If you’re a Brand Designer who wants to grow with a studio shaping modern brands, we’d love to hear from you.

We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook.
