What you’ll be doing

You’ll be managing the day-to-day operations of select accounts, delivering bespoke insight reporting and managing the media delivery of our activation teams. It will involve strong analytical, writing and communication skills and you will need to be proactive in your approach to your work.


· Driving Impactful Media Campaigns – Harness the power of our dedicated in-house activation teams to deliver exceptional media performance.

· Building Client Relationships – Foster strong connections through daily communications/weekly calls and ongoing collaboration, becoming a trusted partner in their success.

· Planning Paid Media – Delivering the strategy behind campaigns across all paid channels, reaching audiences in new and exciting ways.

· Strategic Partnering – Collaborate with Account Directors to refine and evolve client strategies, adding valuable perspectives that lead to breakthrough ideas.

· Empowering the Team – Work collaboratively within you team to deliver campaign targets, whilst supporting and developing Account Executive(s).

· Mastering Technology – Leverage understanding of industry-leading platforms including DV360, Adform and Campaign Manager to plan and deliver effective campaigns.

· Optimising for Excellence – Analyse performance insights to shape and enhance future strategies, ensuring every action drives results.

· Seeking New Opportunities – Proactively identify avenues for growth and innovation across different media environments and client accounts.

· Navigating Diverse Verticals – Gain rich experience working with clients across multiple industries, enhancing the breadth and depth of your expertise.

· Tracking Budgets and Pacing - Oversee campaign budgets and pacing to ensure optimal spend efficiency.


Your skills

· You’ve got strong organisation and account management skills.

· You’ll have a good level of understanding and expertise of digital media channels – particularly across Programmatic, Paid Social and Paid Search channels.

· Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, with a high level of data entry accuracy.

· You’ve got excellent communication skills and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

· You’re commercially savvy and attuned to clients’ needs.

· Experience with GWI audience insights tool would be advantageous, but not essential.
