About The Role: Help people discover purpose and take the next bold step. As Sales Manager, you'll inspire curious minds, guiding them from first conversation to enrollment in transformative Bachelor's and Master's programs.
Your Main Tasks:
- Own the full sales cycle in HubSpot, from first contact through to enrollment.
- Guide future learners by identifying needs, matching programs, addressing objections with empathy, and agreeing on clear next steps.
- Work across Bachelor's and Master's programs with quarterly intakes and rolling admissions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Admissions, and represent Tomorrow University at fairs and events.
- Keep HubSpot organized and actionable by maintaining tasks, sequences, notes, deals, and basic reports, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2β3 years of sales or admissions experience in education (higher education experience is a plus) OR other high-ticket long-cycle sales experience, ideally B2C.
- Direct experience selling AZAV-certified courses OR highly relevant experience in the German continuing education landscape.
- Confident HubSpot user for day-to-day sales work.
- Fluent German and English, able to advise and close in both languages.
- Comfortable representing at fairs and events.
- Take ownership, work in a structured way, and enjoy achieving clear goals.
- Use experience to continuously improve sales process and increase conversion across the funnel.
- Remote position; great if based in Berlin for in-person collaboration ease. Full flexibility; occasional on-site for team sessions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with corporate upskilling and workforce funding in Germany.
- Familiarity with typical German funding pathways for continuing education.
- Outbound sales experience.
- Ideally located in Berlin but not a must.
