The Opportunity
Senior 3D Experiential Designer who thrives on turning bold ideas into real-world experiences. This is a role for someone who blends big-picture conceptual thinking with meticulous execution. You will be bringing brands to life through physical spaces that connect with people on an emotional level.
You’ll play a key role in designing retail and experiential environments that don’t just look good, they tell stories, spark emotion, and create lasting impressions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing Ideas to Life: Transform concepts into powerful spatial designs, from early sketches and narratives, through to high-quality 3D visuals and immersive storytelling.
- Designing with Precision: Produce detailed design solutions including fixture systems, technical drawing packs, and material specifications. Support delivery through build phases to ensure every detail stays true to the vision.
- Collaborating Globally: Work across disciplines and time zones, contributing to a fast-paced, highly collaborative creative process.
- Pushing Creative Boundaries: Experiment with AI and emerging technologies to elevate storytelling and create cutting-edge physical experiences.
- Presenting with Impact: Confidently communicate ideas in both internal and client settings, crafting compelling presentations that balance clarity with creativity.
- Creating Meaningful Experiences: Design environments that transform spaces and leave a lasting cultural impact—always rooted in strong ideas and emotional connection.
About You
You’re a curious, forward-thinking designer who thrives on experimentation and collaboration. You care deeply about detail, storytelling, and creating work that resonates.
You’ll likely have:
- Experience in experiential design, retail environments, or brand activations
- A deep understanding of materials, fabrication, and storytelling through detail
- Excellent visualisation and presentation skills
- Confidence moving between sketching, storyboarding, and 3D design
- Technical skills: Figma and/or Miro
- Hand sketching ability
- Experience with AI and generative tools in the creative process
