We are partnering with a highly regarded, internationally recognised studio working at the intersection of bold design, art and cutting-edge technology. Known for delivering immersive, large-scale installations across the globe, they are now looking for a Studio Manager to become the operational heartbeat of their London team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all projects
  • Manage resource planning across the team, including scheduling, capacity, holidays and diaries
  • Anticipate and resolve resourcing clashes, maintaining a clear end-to-end view of project delivery
  • Support the Business Development team by aligning resource with pipeline projects and upcoming opportunities
  • Act as a central point of coordination across creative, production and technical teams
  • Assist with light PA/EA duties where needed, supporting senior leadership
  • Coordinate people processes in partnership with an external HR agency, including annual reviews and team wellbeing initiatives
  • Champion a positive, collaborative studio culture and working environment
  • Oversee general studio administration, including health & safety and day-to-day upkeep
  • Continuously look for ways to improve operational processes and studio efficiency

A strong understanding of how multidisciplinary teams work - and the ability to communicate across them - is key.
