A brilliant opportunity has opened up for a Senior Events Manager to join a global, iconic beauty brand, sitting within the UK leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who brings together strategic project management, standout event delivery and a calm, confident approach to complex cross-functional work.

The Opportunity

As Senior Events Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of major retail events, experiential activations, pop-ups, store openings and strategic projects. You will be the senior go-to person for integrated timelines, CPAs, budget governance, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness and post-project reporting. Working closely with regional leadership, marketing, VM, store design, tech, retail operations and commercial teams, you will help shape smoother processes, smarter ways of working and exceptional brand moments. This is a high-impact role with real ownership, senior visibility and the chance to influence how a globally recognized beauty business scales its events and operational delivery.

About You

You will bring strong experience across event management, retail activations and senior project management, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or premium retail. You are confident managing budgets, timelines, permits, H&S compliance, risk assessments and senior stakeholders. You will be comfortable using project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, detail and clear communication matter.
