We're partnering with a leading experiential agency who are looking for a Senior Creative to join their London team. This is a studio known for delivering culturally relevant, commercially smart work for global brands across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. They operate at pace, thrive on big thinking and pride themselves on creating experiences that land in the real world, not just in a deck.

The Role
- Senior Creative - £45-55K

- Permanent/Hybrid
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and production team, developing and delivering standout experiential concepts. This role balances blue sky thinking with practical execution. You’ll be generating original ideas, building compelling visual narratives and presenting to clients, while also collaborating with Producers to ensure everything is deliverable, on budget and beautifully executed.
Key responsibilities
- Developing distinctive, ownable experiential concepts
- Responding to briefs with culturally sharp, strategically grounded thinking
- Building decks, mood boards and visual assets that clearly sell ideas
- Creating 2D and 3D visuals, renders and spatial layouts where required
- Working hand in hand with production to translate vision into reality
- Leading creative direction on installs when needed
- Mentoring junior team members and elevating overall output
- Managing client relationships from a creative perspective
About You
- At least five years experience within an experiential or event agency
- Strong background delivering integrated campaigns
- Highly proficient across Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident producing visuals and renders to communicate ideas
- Solid understanding of materials, build and live production
- Comfortable working within budgets and logistical constraints
- Clear communicator and confident presenter
- Collaborative by nature, with a proactive and positive approach
- Interested in sustainability and future focused production methods
This is a predominantly studio based role, with around two to three days per week in the office to support collaboration and project delivery.
