We're partnering with a well known lifestyle brand to find a Lead Designer to join their in house team. This is a broad and hands on role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative delivery with team support. You'll work closely with senior leadership to help shape output across the brand, while keeping projects moving and standards high across the board.
Day to day, you'll be responsible for overseeing design output across multiple channels, ensuring everything is delivered to a high level of craft and consistency. You'll play a key role in managing priorities, keeping visibility across projects and supporting the team in delivering their best work.
Alongside this, you'll remain actively involved in the creative, contributing to design and art direction where needed, and helping to elevate the overall look and feel of the brand.
