How to prepare for a job interview at Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd | B CorpTM

Showcase Your Portfolio

Make sure to bring a well-organised portfolio that highlights your best work. Since the role involves ATL campaign visuals and brand world creation, include projects that demonstrate your experience in these areas. Tailor your portfolio to reflect the type of work the agency does.

Understand the Agency's Style

Before the interview, research the agency's previous campaigns and design style. This will help you speak their language and show that you're genuinely interested in their work. Be prepared to discuss how your design sensibility aligns with their creative vision.

Prepare for Concept Development Questions

Expect questions about your approach to concept development and art direction. Think of specific examples from your past work where you successfully developed a concept from scratch. Be ready to explain your thought process and how you arrived at your final designs.

Ask Insightful Questions

At the end of the interview, ask questions that show your interest in the agency's future projects and challenges. Inquire about their approach to typography-led campaigns or how they envision the evolution of their brand identity. This not only demonstrates your enthusiasm but also helps you gauge if the agency is the right fit for you.
