The Role
As Video Editor / Producer, you'll create platform-first content for Meta and TikTok, producing everything from UGC-style ads to launch campaign videos. With a strong focus on performance marketing, your work will directly impact engagement, conversions, and revenue.
What You'll Bring
- Strong portfolio of social-first video content, especially for Meta and TikTok
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Cloud
- Experience creating UGC and platform-native content
- Familiarity with AI tools such as HeyGen or ArcAds (desirable)
- Ability to use performance data to optimise creative outputExperience in beauty, skincare, or retail, with a genuine passion for the industry
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
What's On Offer
- £40,000-£45,000 salary
- Hybrid working: 4 days in West London, Fridays from home
