We\’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Project Manager to join an independent retail brand design studio in London. You\’ll be partnering closely with another Senior PM to run the day-to-day of one of their biggest retail accounts – an iconic UK household name with plenty of exciting, fast-moving work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the delivery of a wide range of retail assets — POS, shopper materials, promotional communications — from concept all the way through to final delivery.
• Managing production logistics: scoping requirements, negotiating with suppliers, resourcing, building timelines, and keeping everything moving smoothly through the studio.
• Acting as the daily point of contact for you clients — guiding them confidently through the creative process, building great relationships, and spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen the account.
• Working at pace across high‑volume retail projects while keeping a sharp eye on detail and delivering top‑quality work every time.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in production management, ideally within retail, print, and/or shopper marketing.
• Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys juggling multiple moving parts.
• A confident communicator who can hold their own with clients, creative teams, and suppliers.
