This East London-based post-production studio working at the intersection of culture, fashion, music and commercial storytelling are looking for a Senior Producer to join. From high-end lifestyle content to bold creative work, they partner with exciting brands and talent to bring ideas to life beautifully and flawlessly. This is a hands-on, senior position with real ownership. You'll be trusted to run the full post-production lifecycle end-to-end - managing clients, shaping workflows, and making sure every project is delivered to the highest standard. You'll work closely with the Executive Producer and Founder, while also leading and developing a talented production team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and orchestrating the full post-production process from brief to final delivery
- Acting as a key client contact, building strong, confident relationships
- Liaising closely with creatives and technical teams across sound, VFX, colour grading and delivery
- Managing schedules, budgets and resources with total accountability
- Supporting and mentoring producers, helping the team perform at their best
What we’re looking for:
- An experienced Senior Producer from post-production, open to either in-house or agency experience
- Calm under pressure, highly organised and detail-driven
- Confident managing clients and complex workflows
- A natural collaborator and leader who thrives in a studio environment
- Ideally solid experience using Farmers Wife for scheduling and budgeting
