We’re looking for a Senior Producer who knows how to take a project from a rough idea to beautifully finished content – and keep everyone calm, informed, and on track along the way. This role is a minimum 12‑month FTC starting early February 2026, with permanent work also considered. You’ll own productions end to end: pre‑production, on‑set, and through post, working across B2B and B2C clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves being hands‑on, leading shoots, managing people, and ensuring great creative is delivered.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning projects from initial scope through final delivery
- Leading pre‑production: scoping, budgeting, timelines, resourcing, and risk planning
- Being on‑set and running shoots with confidence
- Overseeing post‑production and keeping everything moving smoothly
- Managing clients throughout the entire production process (clear, calm, and organised)
- Keeping internal teams aligned and projects progressing
- Running project status meetings and tracking logistics
- Flagging risks, changes, and budget overages early (no surprises)
- Managing suppliers, freelancers, and talent — getting the best out of them
- Providing clear direction to junior producers and helping them grow
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Producer (or strong Producer ready to step up) in a creative or content agency
- Strong background producing video and stills content
- Solid understanding of the full production workflow – from pre to post
- Confident managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects at once
- Comfortable leading shoots and making decisions on set
- Great communication skills with clients, creatives, and crews
- Organised, proactive, and unflappable under pressure
We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook. We offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of background, identity, sexuality, and disability. We strive to create inclusive cultures where diversity is seen as real value for the company. Our mission is for everyone to feel empowered to be their true authentic selves at work.
