Tomorrow are on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer - a true all-rounder with a sharp eye for design, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for branding that goes beyond the surface. It's essential you have experience working with property clients, bringing a clear understanding of the sector's unique needs to your design approach.

What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll play a key role in shaping creative projects from start to finish, leading some, supporting others, and always aiming for smart, purposeful design that connects.
- Working closely with our Creative Director and wider team, you'll:
- Lead and develop visual identities and brand concepts with a commercial edge
- Translate strategic thinking into beautiful, effective design
- Take ownership of creative presentations and communicate ideas with confidence
- Collaborate with teammates and clients, balancing autonomy with teamwork
- Ensure craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all touchpoints
What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience in branding and identity design, including significant work for property clients - a strong plus for understanding this sector's unique demands
- A conceptual thinker with excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, composition)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Comfortable presenting to clients and articulating design decisions
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
