Tomorrow is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Designer to lead a design function and set a new standard of creative excellence across the agency. Over the past year, we’ve been building a talented team of six multidisciplinary designers, ranging from junior to senior who deliver outstanding creative for a diverse set of global brands. From visual identities, motion graphics, onboarding materials, and presentations to digital products and websites, the team is shaping the future of how our clients show up in the world.

Now, we’re looking for someone to take this to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to lead the charge, combining strong creative leadership with hands-on design expertise. You’ll be the driving force behind the team—coaching, mentoring, and inspiring them—while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver bold creative work yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the creative lead across all projects, setting the vision and ensuring quality design output across multiple mediums.
  • Managing, mentoring, and growing a team of six designers, providing feedback, guidance, and professional development.
  • Driving ideation, concept development, and art direction, presenting fresh thinking and innovative design solutions to clients.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams—such as Film and Product—to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, from websites to video.
  • Building and evolving design systems and processes that help the team scale and deliver world-class work.
  • Championing creativity across the agency, introducing new techniques, tools, and ways of thinking.
  • Representing the design team to clients, confidently presenting ideas and building trust in our creative approach.

What We’re Looking For

  • A few years’ experience in a design agency or creative studio environment, working across a wide range of clients and industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams, with a natural ability to inspire and get the best out of people.
  • Exceptional design skills yourself—you’re as comfortable creating a visual identity moodboard as you are coaching a junior designer through a project.
  • The ability to flex across industries, from exciting challenger brands to established corporates, delivering thoughtful and appropriate design solutions for each.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in front of clients and stakeholders.

What’s In It for You

  • The chance to take ownership of a growing design team and shape it into one of the best in the industry.
  • A fast-paced, high-performance culture that helps you progress quickly while thriving in a supportive environment.
  • Regular social events and cross-team collaborations to keep the energy fresh and ideas flowing.
  • A creative HQ in central London—complete with breakfast provided and award-winning interiors designed to inspire.
  • Wellness and wellbeing support, including a performance coach, therapy budget, and private health insurance.
  • A full suite of Apple kit and any additional tech you need, with support from our in-house tech team.
