Working across experiential, retail, packaging, digital and photography, this is a lovely opportunity for someone who brings calm structure, curiosity and a thoughtful approach to creative delivery. This is a role where mindset matters more than background. The team is looking for someone who asks good questions, communicates clearly and enjoys helping great work move forward with purpose.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you'll support projects from initial brief through to final delivery, keeping timelines, budgets, resources and next steps clear for everyone involved. You'll work closely with account and creative teams, helping to keep projects on track, on budget and within scope, while making sure decisions stay focused on what is right for the brand and the work. About You
You're organised, proactive and clear in the way you communicate. You might come from a creative agency, studio or brand environment, but what matters most is how you think. You're curious, flexible, calm under pressure and confident enough to challenge shortcuts when there is a better route available. You'll be comfortable managing moving parts, spotting risks early and bringing people together across creative, account, studio and client teams.
What's In It for You
Salary is £33K to £37K, dependent on experience. Studio based 5 days a week, with the option to choose 'work away days'. You'll have ownership across varied creative projects, exposure to key accounts and the chance to help shape how a progressive East London studio works.
