We're working with a highly regarded branding agency to find a Project Director who can bring calm leadership, sharp commercial thinking and real creative sensitivity to complex brand projects. This Project Director role is ideal for someone who knows how to hold the vision, steer the process and keep teams, clients and partners moving in the same direction. You'll work across strategy, creative and delivery, helping ambitious brands get to stronger, smarter, more meaningful outcomes.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead branding projects from pitch and proposal through to delivery and beyond, balancing creative excellence with timing, budget, scope and client happiness. You’ll partner closely with Creative and Strategy Directors, lead project teams, shape scopes of work, guide workflows, manage client conversations and spot opportunities for future growth. You’ll also help evolve internal processes and systems, making work clearer, smoother and more effective for everyone involved. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Director who enjoys being hands‑on, thoughtful and decisive, with the confidence to create structure when things feel complex.
About You
You’ll bring strong branding agency experience, with a clear understanding of brand strategy, creative development, design processes, technical and digital design, asset management, proposals, scopes of work, workshops, timelines, budgets and resource planning. You’ll be a natural communicator who can influence with empathy, manage tension with care and keep teams focused without losing the human touch.
What’s In It for You
A salary of £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience, meaningful ownership, senior exposure and the chance to shape major branding projects within a collaborative creative environment. A 4.5 day work week with 2 days in the Shoreditch studio.
