We’re thrilled to be working closely with a buzzing creative studio who focus on creating dynamic, one-of-a-kind events and activations for clients spanning lifestyle, fashion, beauty and luxury! This agency is looking for a top Production Director to oversee the delivery of all projects.
This role will include:
- Client Management – you’ll be a representative of the agency and work closely to manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, whilst also being hands on with pitch/new business activities.
- Project Management – you’ll lead on large scale projects and activations – from initial briefing through to completion, ensuring everything is tracked to perfection internally. You’ll also be responsible for signing off on timelines, budgets and proposals, negotiating and managing third party suppliers, ensuring each project is reconciled, etc.
- Quality Control – you’ll ensure each and every project, no matter the scale, is delivered to the degree of creative excellence that this agency is known for!
- Team Management – you’ll lead by example, overseeing and managing a lean team of Production Assistants and Creatives.
This role would suit:
- A Production Director with experience in a similar fast-paced, boutique agency (ideally with a heavy lean towards events/activation/pop-ups/experiential).
- Someone with unbeatable leadership and communication skills.
