Base pay range

Tomorrow are working alongside a leading branding and advertising agency working across a wide range of commissions, from global sports and fashion brands to leading arts and cultural institutions. They are sought out by brands seeking to delve into relevant creative currents, and they achieve this by strategy driven, highly conceptual and experimental design – replacing formulaic signifiers of luxury and glamour with intrigue and attitude.

They\’re looking for a Motion Designer/Video Editor to join the creative team. If you thrive on storytelling through moving visuals and love pushing the boundaries of design, this role is for you. You will help craft captivating motion content that brings brands to life – from bold campaigns to subtle storytelling moments that stop audiences in their tracks.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Designing original motion assets for film, TV, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborating with directors, producers, and editors to conceptualise and execute standout visual treatments
  • Creating video content that channels and amplifies brand voices
  • Contributing to conceptual development, including moodboards and campaign ideation
  • Supporting content production across launches, partnerships, and creative projects
  • Directing third parties and shoot production where needed

What they\’re looking for

  • 5+ years\’ agency experience in motion design
  • Expert skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Solid understanding of editing workflows: plug-ins, grading, overlays, audio and SFX
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion
  • Strong motion graphics and typography skills
  • Experience with post-production and VFX
  • 3D skills (Blender / C4D) are a bonus but not essential
